Historia
Joining the Seven is not what Yua always imagined. They are the most powerful sorceresses in the world, but Yua still doesn’t have any magic, she still can’t control the Mist demon in her blackened veins, she’s barely controlling her thirst for blood, and she’s definitely not a sorceress or powerful. She’s nothing but a curiosity that fascinates the Seven, offered this position so they can better study her. When another Blood Wisp arrives at the coven, newly turned and terrified, Yua needs to push herself further still.

Yua didn’t know what to expect when she joined The Seven, a group of the world’s most powerful sorceresses. She can’t control her urges much less unleash magic. She’s just an oddity The Seven wants to study. Can Yua prove herself on a mission for answers or will she put everyone in danger?
Blood Song is an imaginative romantasy/dark fantasy audiobook I thoroughly enjoyed. The exquisite narration by Stevie Marie makes the story come alive. I could practically feel the magic and experience all that Yua goes through while listening. A truly exceptional audiobook worth listening to, especially if you’re a romantasy reader. I can’t wait for more.

Historia
The country of Midoka embraces magic, also known as the gift. Its most powerful order of sorcerers, the Mist Women, teach novices at the coven in Maishi Hou, and their graduates serve as expert advisors all over the world. Magic is every Midokan’s undeniable birthright. Except for Yua. An unwilling resident at the Maishi Hou coven, she can’t call forth the smallest flame. Her only childhood memory is soaked in blood. The only hint as to who—or what—she is lies in her blackened veins. But they also hide a shadow thirsting for blood, and even the leading Mist Woman fears it.
