I chanced upon this title because it was offered to me when I opened the Audible app. I'm into sci fi and robots, so I was intrigued by the cover art, also it was a freebie included with my subscription.
As I was in the mood for an audiobook I pressed play. Well to say I was pleasantly surprised is putting it shortly. If I had payed full price I would have not been disappointed. In fact I enjoyed this story from beginning to end. I know it's a winner when at the end I truly want to know what happens next. Other than being a little short for my taste, I highly recommend this title.

Black Mirror meets Tales from the Crypt!

Well how can you say no to Wesley Crusher partnered up with Hellboy! I love a good Sci-phi with an honest to goodness Twilight Zone like twist! I generally avoid short stories, but this one had me from the start. I couldn't put it down, and was sad there weren't anymore chapters! The story was great and the actors are A-list/Top-shelf professionals that seem to be having fun with the program overall. I can honestly give this one a solid recommendation! Lend it your ear, you won't be disappointed !

Excellent!

I truly enjoyed the entire series! From the first words of volume one, to the last notes of this Grand Finale. I have always been partial to Space Opera, and I consider this collection to have been particularly excellent! I was hooked from the start, and though I truly enjoyed the the ride I was saddened to have reached the end of the line. It's feelings such as this that let me know I have experienced a special example of the genre. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic entertainment!

Not having been previously introduced with these DC characters, and heretofore having been primarily a lifelong Marvel enthusiast, I can honestly say I am extremely impressed! The production was professional and well thought out. The cast were all top notch! I was greatly entertained and found that eleven hours simply seemed to have vanished before I was even aware of the time passing. Definitely and highly recommended. I felt that, at the end, I was yearning for the experience to continue! I am looking forward to enjoying the next installment. Great job, Audible!

All the right stuff!

Audible has done it once again. With the pandemic continuing to reshape every aspect of our daily lives, it is comforting to know that Audible is a resource we can rely upon. "Raven's Peace", is a novel upon which it is easy for me to wholeheartedly recommend. As a life long Sci-fi enthusiast, I found it to be enjoyable from start to finish. Overall it was an excellent story. The performance was top notch, the characters were well developed, plus there's plenty of action as well as a good amount of mystery and suspense. Having grown up during the "Cold War" with the Soviets, the plot was somehow familiar, believable, and captivating. The parallels with the United Nations made things relatable as well as frustrating. You try to believe the organization has everyone's best interests in mind, yet somehow it's like they are wearing blinders and dragging their heels while lives are callously being destroyed. I thoroughly enjoyed this first installment and am excited to continue on with this adventure! Give this a try, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. I know I am!

An excellent addition to the series. As expected, this one's full of action, adventures, heroics and suspence! A family reunion of sorts, full of all of our friends but adding a bunch of new ones to capture our imaginations and our Hearts! Once again, the narrator delivers another top notch performance. His professional delivery makes this volume one to enjoy and yet I found it so captivating I had to force myself to occasionally take a break to deal with life's mundane issues. Another binge worthy romp of a good time! However, as with the other volumes in this series, at the end I am left suffering withdrawal, missing all our dear friends. Having said that, I wouldn't have missed it for the world! I hope to see another volume soon!

An excellent addition to a wonderful series. Good story, great performance. Had me hooked from the beginning of volume one! Here's hoping for a part four. I would miss the/my family otherwise!

I chose this book because it was "included " as part of my Audible subscription and I'm a hopless Sci-fi addict. What a fortuitous occurrence!! I can't believe I didn't know that this gem existed. A great story. I was completely engaged and positively engrossed from the start. A wonderful performance kept my full attention right through to the end, which seemed to come before I knew it and left me hungering for more! Having been thoroughly impressed and entertained by this included first volume, I am immediately compelled to purchase the second volume of this amazingly satisfying Sci-fi trilogy. Positively, whole-heartedly recommended!
