This book is a good one. I liked the entire thing.
It helped to see how to enjoy my moments in the present and recognize when I start drifting into low level energy.
It helped me see spirituality in a new light that aligns with Christ's teachings.
The only question it raised for me was about God's judgement, but I guess even that falls in line with the idea that we create our own cages here and after here, and judgement is something we do.

Uprooted is beautifully written. At first the reader was difficult to understand but quickly became a nice addition to the story (she has a Slavic accent). I didn't want to stop listening. The magic is well thought out.

Most of us have probably seen the old antidrug commercial in which an actor compares your brain on drugs to an egg sizzling in a hot frying pan. That's a powerful image, but it doesn't tell us what actually happens when drugs enter your body and interact with neurochemical processes.
