If you've ever wondered what it's like to work in a funeral home helping care for the recently departed this book will answer alot of those questions.. it's surprising funny and lighthearted despite the heavy topic of death and decay. An intimate look at not only the industry but the author's personal thoughts and experiences with death. This book is an easy and engaging read with the honest message "we all die, what are you going to do about it"
As someone who has quite a bit of experience with death, I found this book extremely comforting. I have cleaned out several homes after loved ones and neighbors passed away and I lost my father in 2017 to a car accident. I now feel compelled to re-write my Will and change some details about my end of life plan..

Great primer on new puppy ownership

I wanted a book that would make me feel ready to bring home a puppy in a way that would lead to a happy and healthy dog. This was that book. The main take away is that you are the leader who let's your furry friend know what they need to do to be successful in your pack.
I enjoyed the stories and all the tips and tricks for dealing with common pitfalls in New dog ownership.. can't wait to test them out on my next new best friend.

As a huge fan of Neil Gaiman I got this on a whim. I'm very glad I did.. a fan fiction Sci fi mental health saga in under 20 minutes! Perfect listening on the commute home from work or to the store. I loved it.

This book wasn't crazy innovative, the ideas presented were about what you'd expect with advise you've probably heard before but it was a refresher for helping those who suffer from disordered eating and emotional eating problems.

I would recommend this book to anyone who needs a dose of humanity during a hard and troubling time. It's witty, engaging and wonderfully crafted. I can't believe it took me so long to pick it up.. I imagine it will be on my re-read list for years to come.

Wonderfully Crafted

In an example of brilliant interwoven story telling the unconventional love story of a golem and a Jinni breathes new life into a history you think you know and cultures you think you understand through the eyes of outsiders. There are parts that drip so heavily with truth that it physically hurts to hear out loud as the realities of connection, love and duty combine to entrance and mesmerize.. truly a masterful story and a new favorite.

I absolutely loved this audio interpretation of one of my favorite books and stories of all time. with rich voice acting, gorgeous music and singing and immersive sound effects I felt as though i was watching a movie with my eyes closed. If you are a big fan I'd recommend this..if you're not I'd still recommend it but suggest you start at the beginning. Blessed Be
