Desiree Ketchum’s performance was so good not only with Raven’s many layers throughout the timeline, but as all the guys.  Her man voice is spot on!  Connor Crais sank deep into Otto’s persona to give the perfect “burly bear” vibe to his performance.
 
With that bomb dropped at the end of the epilogue I cannot wait for the next book in this series!

A good start to the new series!

Steal My Heart kicks off Laura Pavlov's Rosewood River series featuring the Chadwick family. First up is Easton, the whip-smart lawyer and twin brother of Emerson from the Magnolia Falls books. He thinks he's got his life and priorities in order until he's asked to mentor his boss's daughter. Once he sees Henley Holloway, Easton's orderly existence crumbles leaving him vulnerable to a tragic past that could cripple any relationship he hopes to have with Henley.

Andi Arndt and Connor Crais give heartfelt performances showcasing Henley's determination and sass and Easton's cocky assurance and fierce protectiveness.

I'm looking forward to more from Laura and the Rosewood River series!

Piper gets her HEA!!!

This book and audio was so good!! I think it’s edged Bossy Christmas out as my favorite of this series. Piper is so adorable and Holden is so swoony! And the return of the rest of the Holiday guys for another night out was epic! Classic Kayley comedy!

Erin Mallon & Jason Clarke were absolutely perfect as Piper and Holden (and other characters)! I loved Connor Crais’ cameo’s, too!

Loved this story of coming home and resolving past hurts while discovering a new future. And Wrangler butts! Holy cow Cash was definitely a hot cowboy and I can’t wait for the rest of the Rivers’ boy’s stories!

Lila Winters and Stephen Dexter were perfect as Mollie & Cash! Lila showcased Mollie’s determination and strong will to make something of herself and her internal conflict when she realized her heart belonged to two very different places. Stephen was 100% tall drink of cowboy as Cash. He personified Cash’s sense of responsibility for the land and the people in his life all while helping Mollie discover herself again and supporting her dreams.

Looking forward to more from Jessica Peterson!

So many twists!!

Why did I hold this duet on my wish list so long?! This story was so heartbreaking and tragic yet beautiful and humorous and sweet. I’m definitely listening to more of Aly’s books!

These performances by Andi Arndt and Christian Fox are new favorites! Both were incredibly adorable portraying Rosalie and each were brilliant at bringing out the highs and lows of the main characters’ struggles with their shared trauma and fraught relationship through Rosalie and their feelings for each other. Andi & Christian were perfect!

Oh. My. Gosh! As someone who typically avoids candy sweet Christmas romances, I must say this one went down like some well spiked eggnog. How Meghan comes up with these unique and zany plots book after book, I don't know, but I love it!

This plot cannot be easily summarized, but if you're already a fan of Meghan you know what you're in for. If you’re new to Meghan's books and you love a heartwarming holiday (not so) enemies to (not so) fake dating to lovers story all wrapped up in a Christmas competition bow then this is the book for you!

The audio narration was nothing short of superb! Vanessa Edwin personified Storee's merry and bright personality perfectly. J. F. Harding's performance of Cole's grumpy to happy journey was brilliant (especially Cole's arguments with the story's narrator)! Robert Hatchet and Emma Wilder as Cole's best friend and Storee's sister were the perfect compliment. Lastly, Shane East as the story narrator was very funny, even a tad feisty.

This audio was the perfect setup to the holiday season!

What a way to finish off the Magnolia Falls series!

Only there's one major stipulation: she has to get married. In spite of the pain from their lost friendship and Savannah's inexplicable anger at him, Hayes is happy to have his childhood best friend back and he's willing to help her any way he can, even at the risk of opening his shuttered heart.

Andi Arndt expertly played Savannah's passion for her career, protecting the legacy she’d been entrusted with, and the new feelings Hayes evokes in her. Lee Samuels delivered on Hayes' surliness but showed him evolving to someone more open and capable of letting love in.

I'm sorry to see this series end but looking forward to Rosewood River!

Action-packed, witty & steamy!

Brynne Asher knows how to write stories of intrigue and criminal enterprises and sprinkles heavy doses of humor and sexy times! The banter between these Agents is just magic and the way they fall hard for their women is swoony!

Rose Dioro & Jason Clarke keep getting better with each performance. I loved all the nuances they use to distinguish each character. These two are always a winning combo!

Emotional rollercoaster!

Sweet specialty marshmallows, this book! Tears to laughter to tears to swoon on repeat through the whole thing! I loved this so much.

Andi and Christian were just superb with the narration and really delivering on all the emotional highs and lows, the humor and the heartbreak to the happily ever after!

Definitely a fave listen for the year!
