The combination of the three books in one package is truly a gem. The author has done a phenomenal job of providing a holistic approach to achieving weight loss, better sleep, and reducing anxiety naturally.

The meditations were incredibly calming and effective in helping me clear my mind and focus on my weight loss goals. The hypnosis sessions were equally impressive and helped me enter a deep state of relaxation, which allowed me to tap into my subconscious and eliminate negative thoughts and emotions that were holding me back.

The narration was also excellent, with a soothing voice that made it easy for me to follow along with the meditations and hypnosis sessions. I found myself drifting off into a peaceful slumber during the deep sleep hypnosis sessions, and waking up feeling refreshed and energized.

Setting Boundaries is a very good book. It is full of helpful advice on how to set and maintain healthy boundaries with others. In the book, Linda Hill provides readers with the tools they need to assert themselves in healthy ways and set boundaries with others.

The book is roughly divided into three parts: 1) understanding your needs and setting reasonable boundaries; 2) assertiveness; setting assertive limits; and 3) getting support when needed. Each section includes exercises for practice, as well as a discussion of common pitfalls to avoid.

The narrotor's speech is clear and concise, making this book easy to follow even for people like me who are just trying out audiobooks for the first time. I'd say this book is helpful for people who want to learn more about assertiveness in general, or understand how behaviors impacts their relationships.

The book: Borderline Personality Disorder by Dr. Linda Hill is such an accurate and comprehensive resource for people who suffer from BPD. The book provides an overview of the diagnosis and treatment of BPD along with case studies from real life individuals who have experienced the disorder firsthand. It also includes helpful tips for coping with BPD including exercises and self-help strategies.

While I simply downloaded this book out of curiousity, I learned that people with BPD often struggle with self-image and identity. They may feel like they can never be good enough or that they constantly need to prove themselves to others.

I'd say that this book is amazing! I listened it in one day because I couldn't put it down. It's well narrated and has great insights into Borderline Personality Disorder. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about this condition or who is struggling with someone who has BPD.
