Historia
Nate wants more to life than moving from town to town, hustling chess with his con-man grandfather or wagering pick-up games online. A new immersive game opens up the chance to bring in a steady paycheck. Maybe enough to convince his grandfather to stay straight. Little does he know how his actions will change his life. A GameLit coming of age story.

Ok Book. Just a lot of small issues
Revisado: 05-03-22
This is the lowest I've ever rated a book and so I feel I need to enlighten others to the reasons why. there are two main problems The first is with the author the second is with the narrator. The first problem I have is how the author makes things singular and plural when they should be the opposite. gold's and NPC are a few examples of this. The second issue I have is when the author shows his ignorance in trade skills like blacksmithing where he says they use a furnace and a mold to make swords and sharpen them on a anvil. They do this in less than a day making high quality weapons it's unrealistic to become a master in a trade in a few weeks,l. In medieval times a apprenticeship took 7 years. I understand this is his world and he can do what he wants in it but when he talks about a widely known process and doesn't explain why it's different in his world it makes it less believable.
The narrator. My immersion is constantly ruined due to The sound of a cat, thumping, and leaning away from the mic. The other issue I have with the narrator is that his sibilance that is way bad the S's and C's end up being so loud that wearing my headphones I'm constantly turning my sound down and then back up And it's at around 60%
lastly I would like to say that I enjoy lit RPG crafting books and I feel that this author has The potential to make wonderful books. I also appreciate the difficulty of the numerous different voices The narrator has and keeps them consistent I feel if they both worked on these issues in the future their books would be all five stars!
