Hey, you know how she simplified everything to make it easier to understand? It's working really well for me, and I have ADHD, so that means it's good advice. Having her break things down and explain things in a way that's easy to follow helps me stay focused and pay attention to the audio. What's more, her calming voice is so soothing. I can listen to her for hours without getting distracted.
