Gym time comes easier with this program. I just listen and already feel guilty if I don't go to the gym. Listen each day that you want to work out, each day that you need to go to the gym. Great program.

Love this concept!! Mental vacation on a lunch break, after work, on a Sunday when you're too far from the beach. Go on vacation in your mind and come back refreshed. Love this virtual spiritual retreat.

Nice way to become more aware of the process of your memory. Have everything in your phone all the time I think takes away, or chips away at your memory. You never have to remember anything! I like the challenge and mental exercise of remembering things again. Strengthens that muscle.
