Good Book

This was a great uplifting book. It was funny but had a serious message. My husband and I listened as we traveled to our son’s house for Thanksgiving. It was great entertainment and made the miles click by faster. I can’t wait to listen to the next book in the series.

I’m sorry, but I just could not get past chapter 7! This is the most boring book I have ever tried to listen to. The characters are depicted as idiots (especially the women!) They are supposed to be intelligent cream of the crop physicians. One woman is having a LONG TIME affair with a married man. The other woman is married with two children, but after meeting a French doctor on a trip, after five minutes, she’s kissing him. YUCK! Just NO!

This is the last book in this series. I must say, this book was the best. The characters are well developed. The storyline is easy to follow. This book has a surprise at the end that I was definitely not expecting! I recommend this series, but don’t stop reading until the end. Like I said, this book is the best in the series!

I really enjoyed this book! It has deception, grief, misunderstandings, bad decisions. However, it also has joy, love, truthfulness, etc.
Things are not always the way we perceive them.

This book is like a horror movie! It’s unbelievable how messed up people can be. It started with a mother who hated her own child because she was conceived through rape. The cruelty and abuse that Leonarda Pansardi experienced as a child as well as her involvement in the occult and witchcraft, molded her into the monster she became.
If you like True Crime, you will like this book.

What an awesome book!! I laughed and cried! There are some very deep life lessons in this book. Interesting characters - A hoarder, an autistic girl, a drug addicted brother, etc.
I really don’t want to ruin the book for you by saying too much. Just read this book!
The narrator was PERFECT!
This is the first book I have read by the author, but it will not be the last!

This is book #5 in the J.R. Finn Sailing Series. You really should start with book #1 to get the whole story. I have enjoyed each book. I don’t want to give anything away but it seems that Mary has gone missing again. When Finn finds her something is not right.
Finn also gets captured in this book by a beautiful bikini clad woman with razor blade fingernails! Sound interesting? It is!
The narrator, David Bosco, is perfect for this series.
