As anyone who has read Tom Clancy's novels has discovered, the storyline, plot, action and knowledge levels demonstrated by the author make it a riveting and captivating source of entertainment and information. As a reader with prior military experience, I especially am delighted at the attention to detail and accuracy in tactical and strategic concepts that Tom Clancy demonstrates in each and every novel. This is the third of the Tom Clancy novels narrated by Lou Diamond Phillips that I have been privileged to listen to. Mr. Phillips does an excellent job of capturing the lingual and vocal intricacies of the various nationalities involved as well as portraying the mindset, personalities and attitudes of each of the characters in the novel through vocal dramatization. He has a way of making the reader feel like they are there right in the middle of the action!
