Unfortunate Autobiography

Wah, Wah, Wah!!! Nobody likes me!! Nobody appreciates me!! I'm undervalued because I'm a woman!! I'm so tired!! I'm so stressed!!!
This is my summary of this book written by Mandy Matney. Had I known this book was going to be an autobiography about her, I would have never bought it. I learned all about her struggles being a reporter for a rag newspaper and all about her relationships her stress levels and even her dog. Oh yeah, and some people died in South Carolina died, too.
I wanted to learn the details she talked about obtaining during her investigation but never learned about. One might learn more from her podcast, I have yet to look into that.

This book would easily win an Oscar if made into a movie. A must listen for any Foo Fan!! Dave Grohl had me laughing, crying, anxious and proud. Being the same age as him, I can totally relate to his walk through history. Living in the west coast I knew all the places he grew up. His heroes were mine which gave me goosebumps when he described getting them before meeting another rock legend. The greatest thing about listening to this from my phone, I could always pause it and watch everything he spoke about on YouTube, which made the experience all that much better. Thank you, Dave, for sharing. Finally saw you live in Fresno. Forever a fan!!!

This book was ok, his story was not anything out of the ordinary, but some of his life lessons were pretty good. This book was just ok. I recommend it for anyone in law enforcement and anyone who wanted to learn a little more about Derrick.
