This is another book that helped me understand myself better. The author explains in the beginning that this is the newest version and he left out certain topics from the original version- I can’t help but wonder about that dream section and wish I had access to it. Nevertheless will this be a book to re-listen over and over again!

I chose to give 5 stars as this book really explained the topic of surrender in a way, that finally sank in for me. Ive listened to and read many books in this category and to me, this book gives great examples, so its message is as clear can be.

I really enjoyed this book! As a lifelong “anxiety struggler” I reach out to all kinds of info out there and this is a book that will be on my “highly recommend” list. Chapter 8-12 are full of great tips and strategies, so make sure you have a notepad ready to write down all that precious insight! Dr. Jill Weber has a soothing voice and I felt I could trust her words.

I just finished all episodes of Sarah’s podcast and it is hands down one of the most helpful and knowledge packed anti-anxiety tools I have ever read or listened to. Her and all of her guests, give their own views of their own anxiety struggles and it made me realize that I’m first of all not alone in this struggle, but it also gave me information that help me understand why I feel this way and it gave me tools to learn to cope with it better! Thank you Sarah and everybody involved in making this GREAT podcast!
