Historia
A masterful new look at privacy in the twenty-first century, The Fight for Privacy takes the focus off Silicon Valley moguls to investigate the price we pay as technology migrates deeper into every aspect of our lives: entering our bedrooms and our bathrooms and our midnight texts; our relationships with friends, family, lovers, and kids; and even our relationship with ourselves.

The Modern Age Is A Minefield
Revisado: 10-27-22
Danielle Citron's The Fight For Privacy should be required reading in schools around the world. Women in particular ought to be reading this book because of how disproportionately high the impact of the exploitative bad acts of Internet-empowered individuals, corporations, and governments is on *them*.
Those who read this book would also do well to read Noam Chomsky's works on government behavior.
Thank you, Professor Citron, for this wonderful and timely book!

An Old Favorite From Long Ago...
Revisado: 09-20-20
I remember somehow stumbling across Roger Zelazny's Nine Princes series years ago and reading the first book, and I think part of the second. They were great books, and sadly I'd quite forgotten about them because of, well, life.
When I ran across them again here on Audible, I just couldn't resist.
The only thing better than reading the book is listening to Alessandro "Lt. Gaeta" Juliani perform them. OMG. I've never ever listened to someone reading a book that I enjoyed this much since listening to Douglas Adams read his own Hitchhiker's Guide series.
Alessandro simply breathes new life into these books. It's *absolutely* worth the listen.

Historia
CompTIA Network+ is a complete guide for Network+ certification. It has all the basic knowledge that is required to pass the test. More than that, next to each specific component and network system we put extra important information that is required for a little higher level certificates so for people who want to learn more, this guide is a perfect choice. It is a step up toward greater and more advanced skills but as mentioned before this guide has more than enough information for complete beginners who are looking just for a Network+ certificate.

Poorly Translated
Revisado: 05-24-20
You wouldn't necessarily detect it only listening to the book's preview, but this sounds like something which was translated into English and never really proofread. Why a narrator, upon seeing the script, would agree to read it anyhow, I have absolutely no idea.
