I enjoy that the workouts are really short and no longer than 5 mins. I don’t have a lot of time to work out as my lifestyle is very busy. This book helps me get it in fast. I also liked that there was music added to the book so that it makes working out more enjoyable.

Before listening to the book I had very little knowledge of Bitcoin or the Blockchain. I've now listened to the book twice and have a really good grasp of the history of bitcoin and the blockchain, the technical underpinnings, and where the future might be. If you want to have all of the important concepts covered in one book, this is the one I would recommend.

I have listened to several books that discuss strategies regarding mental training, but so far this is the only book I've found to be very logical and easy to understand. At first, I thought that this book is mental training only for athletes, but as I listen on, the book clearly explains that mental training can be used in our daily lives (even in job interviews!).
