Quite the journey

I really enjoy books that take you an a journey like this, not so much the great passage of time, but also the range of emotions from frustration with the characters, the plot, and the subsequent reflection on yourself and humankind. A very important read. A very good book. Author did a great job spanning time and exploring the evolution of not only humanity, but the universe as well.

I really enjoyed this book. I heard an interview with the author a few years ago, and was intrigued. The book was definitely worth reading, with lots of excellent and interesting information.
