Wow. What an amazing shift!

I feeling like I needed this book back in 2016, or maybe back in 2012 or maybe even sooner in my life. But I'm so grateful I'm receptive to it now! 🙏🏼 I feel so much in me has changed since I started listening to this book. All the meditations are beautiful and easy enough to listen to yet profound. This book will change you if you let it. I'll definitely keep listening to this and journal about it.

🌟We can ask for our lives to change a million times, but nothing will change until we do. That's where the magic is!

I love listening to affirmations so this book of prayers was enjoyable for me, especially the last chapter, where all the prayers are. The entire book was beautiful and I'm so grateful for Tosha making it so simple, how it actually is, simple.

Everything my soul needed me to hear

It's like years of my life were being shared with me through someone else's personal experiences. Her voice is totally loving and non judgemental while sharing very human experiences a lot of us go through. It's like a book full of permission slips to keep evolving with kindness and self compassion. I absolutely love this book, and I know as I evolve I'll hear something new again & again.

I'm so happy that it was Anita reading so I can be more receptive to her message. I absolute love that she shared this experience with the world and her outlook on life after her NDE. We all have challenging times and this story puts life in perspective for me. Not taking myself or life so seriously, not focusing on the problem or illness to the point we must make it go away.
a lot of humor and heart felt moments kept me engaged and I appreciate her speaking from the heart.

I'm glad to have waited for the 10th year edition

I finished the audio book in 2 work days and a bit at home while I washed the dishes. I felt like I was part of his research studies. Some of the stories I've heard before but not in depth like Bruce Mentions here.
I love how he links spirituality and science and I can resonate with so much he teaches, even though I only have basic community college science knowledge.
The narrator's voice was actually pleasant and engaging and helped me pay attention. I will definitely listen to again.

Lo que mas me encanta a mi es la paz que empieso a sentir con soltar lo todo y confiar en Dios. Antes sentia que yo lo tenia que hacer todo y me daba tanta anciedad. So healing to listen to this book

This is quite a journey of self discovery and transmuting hardship into wisdom. I feel so much heavy shit has been released in my being just by listening to this and self reflecting on memories of my childhood. I can already think of at least 10 people to share this with, but I realize that this was meant for me in every way. I truly feel grateful for Jewel sharing her music and her life in this book. 💫🥲💛 Thank you.
