As a neuroscientist, Power distills complex science into accessible, actionable strategies, offering practical exercises for each neurochemical. His insights into dopamine, social media addiction, and modern attention deficits are particularly eye-opening. Unlike theoretical self-help books, this one delivers tangible tools for improving motivation, focus, and well-being. I’ve already integrated several of these exercises into my daily routine with noticeable benefits. A must-read (or listen) for anyone seeking lasting cognitive and emotional balance.

"Convolution" Will Have You Hooked...

Convolution grabbed me from the very first moment, and I couldn’t stop listening. This is storytelling like I’ve never heard before—an incredible blend of cyber-thriller, high-stakes drama and mystery that keeps you on the edge of your seat. The plot, with its complex twists and turns, feels almost too real, like a chilling glimpse into a future that could be unfolding right now. The writing is sharp and smart, and the voice acting is top-notch. Rhea Seehorn and Eric Lange absolutely crush their roles, pulling you into every emotional beat of the story. What’s so fascinating about Convolution is how believable it all feels—like an eerie forewarning of our present reality. It’s one of those rare audiobooks where you feel like you’re experiencing something truly special, and it’s impossible not to be completely hooked from start to finish. I think this audiobook/podcast/Audible Original sets a new standard in theatrical storytelling. I will now expect other audio narrative performances to reach this level of production, pacing, writing, voice acting, etc. This was better than going to the movies. It really ignited my imagination and I binge-listened to this in record time. I think most people will find this audio story and performance to be intriguing and compelling or at a minimum extremely entertaining. I highly recommend this story.

This was surprisingly good. Shockingly engaging. Keke Palmer was really in her element. I can't recommend this enough. The writing was so funny and the social critique and social commentary was really sharp.
