Hear me out,
I’ve been following Loral for a long time now and trust her insight on finances. She is successful and knows how to work the system and wants you to learn as well!! I know from experience the wealth cycle works and I practice it everyday.
Here are my concerns about the book… it was a little braggy. Listening to the people’s lives she impacted felt more prideful rather than informative. Now this is completely personal okay!!! I like manual type books and am not influenced by stories, rather, I am influenced by directions. This is why I recommend 4 stars on overall and story.
So, with that being said this book is amazing, ok! It could be very influential in your life so don’t not get it because of my stars alone. Take all reviews into consideration 🤎
The reader did a great job. She used a great tone, appropriate pace, and her voice was enjoyable to listen to.

From the outside, being a landlord may look like an easy job. Once a month you greet your tenants, collect rent from them, and leave. Being a landlord is not as simple as it seems. Just like tenants have their share of responsibilities, so do you as their landlord and property manager. For first-time landlords, all of this can be very overwhelming.

Informative, Motivational, and Generalized

The book was great!
Recently there have been many opportunities for me to buy homes to rent out. I thought I was ready, but after listening I realized I’m about half way there. The information about generalized laws for landlords gives a great foundation for me to start my contracts (no I had no contracts written up I’m a figure it out along the way kinda person 😅).
The suggestions on finances I have figured out and it was reassuring to know I’m on the right path. Scheduling, accounting, and misc. recourses are greatly appreciated and I will use them for the future. This is a book I will listen to again and again along the way to remind myself of the basics.
The reader did a great job as well! He was well paced, the tone was appropriate, and made it easy to listen to hours of, well, basically a manual on renting which is hard to do! I would and am recommending this book to family and friends.
