Historia
When Miss Henrietta Dixon wants something, she finds a way to have it. When an incident in London sends her and her sister to Bath, she can think of no better opportunity to reunite her sister with the man she has always loved by inviting him to stay at the last available townhouse next door in the Royal Crescent. Her plan is coming along splendidly, until the earl of Guildford walks—or rather, saunters—into town, and steals it from under her nose.

Good clean romance
Revisado: 02-12-24
Good clean book. I enjoyed that I was emotionally on the edge of my seat without the need for anything outside of what you would find in a G -PG rated movie.

Historia
For as long as Bridget Northcott can remember, she has loved her brother's closest friend, Colin Foster. She loved him long before he grew up, became Captain Foster, and long before he left her behind for a life at sea. Although she knows her feelings will never be returned, Bridget cannot help but turn away every suitor in the hopes that one day Colin will come back to Larkhall and see her for what she has grown up to be—refined, elegant, and the precise opposite of the silly girl he once knew.

Historia
Caroline Clapham isn’t a world renowned artist—she’s simply a farmer’s daughter possessed of natural talent with a paintbrush. Talent that her mentor, the Countess of Inglewood, is happy to foster for a summer at her beautiful seaside estate. Caroline wants to see the world and commit its beauties to canvas, but she fears that the season will end and she will return home as insignificant as ever. The lure of an adventure and the enchanting Inglewood estate keep her dreams alive, but when she meets Edward Everly and agrees to fake a courtship with him, those dreams begin to change.

Fantastic clean story
Revisado: 01-11-24
I enjoyed the ties to the earlier series and how the different characters had grown. I also enjoyed that much of the story was what I was expecting and then there were some twists that I wasn’t expecting as well. I really enjoy Sally Britton’s books and the narrator did a great job.

Historia
Bound home after two years away, Gavan MacNabb comes across a lass and her deerhound in a moonlit circle of standing stones. Little does he know that the garland of bluebells she weaves and the spell she sings will change the course of his life. Marsali Murray doesn't really believe the old wives' tale that making a chain of bluebells by the standing stones under a waxing moon will bring true love, but she's desperate to try anything to escape the boring, everlasting sameness of her life. Anything except marrying a man her father chooses for her.

Not a clean book
Revisado: 10-24-23
This said it was clean but it had close to a sex scene and then the end it had a very mild sex scene. I think it should not be in the clean and wholesome category if it has any of that in it.
