Historia
Self-healing through self-parenting, a concept introduced a generation ago, has helped thousands of adult children of alcoholics who are codependent and have conflicts in their primary relationships. Great factual information but pushes God heavily
Revisado: 11-13-23
First half is amazing and incredibly insightful if you can get past the narration. However the “part2 action plan” is very much a push to seek god and allow god to fix everything with little bits of actual coping skills throughout.
