This is a Master Class and I applaud Graham Old.

Graham Old, for me, has done it again. Just as his book on dealing with resistant subjects, his unpacking of Elman’s inductions along with the insights by Elman’s son, Larry are chock full of tips and why things work, often not found elsewhere. I really appreciated the scoping in from an overview, to the execution details, then the why it works and specific purpose within the Elman “Process”. The exercises are more thought invoking questions and worth the effort. I will close by saying the learnings and comfort with inductions in general is well worth the price. By the way, the narrator himself has a very nice hypnotic voice as a bonus.
