Lyrical Prose with a Twist at the End
Revisado: 09-05-24
I loved Mary Stewart's Arthurian books in my adolescence, so I was intrigued by this title I'd never heard of. I enjoyed the story and Stewart's gift of description to put the reader right in the setting. I thought I'd figured out the mystery, but she surprised me in the end!

Loved the story & characters!
Revisado: 12-14-23
I wish this book could be made into a Hallmark Christmas movie! It actually has a plot and believable characters! The narrator was amazing! I just wish that when the chapters change and we get a different narrator POV that the narrator would announce clearly which character's story we were hearing. Once I caught on, I knew by the year. Super fun listen, especially in December!!
