this is the first book I've read since my divorce that was so effective and useful. the topics are great the explanation are accurate and really takes you into a deeper journey to yourself especially when Theresa list out the symptoms and then highlights how one can remedy these vices. she must be a GREAT therapist. I'm currently overseas but will seek out her online services. God bless your work ma'am

Historia
In this audiobook, psychotherapist David Richo explores how we replay the past in our present-day relationships - and how we can free ourselves from this destructive pattern. We all have a tendency to transfer potent feelings, needs, expectations, and beliefs from childhood or from former relationships onto the people in our daily lives, whether they are our intimate partners, friends, or acquaintances.
