Daisy HAS it all
Revisado: 10-11-16
What a fun book to listen to! The storyline was great, there were enough twists and turns to keep it interesting, the characters were well developed, the humor, especially with Gran, was really good, and there was plenty of sizzle between Daisy and Travis. Even if Daisy couldn't do it all she could have it all once she figured it out with Travis, and wow it took her long enough!!
The narrator did a good job with the many characters in the story. He made it easy to stay interested. I would listen to more books done by him.
I was provided a complimentary copy in exchange for an honest review. All conclusions are my own.

Any additional comments?
Good Cop kept me chained to my Kindle for two days. I didn't want to stop listening, but silly things like sleep and appointments got in the way of that. I thought it was a great book. It was fun, funny, and sexy. The characters were believable and passionate. There was just the right amount of heat and sweet. I liked the way Ms. Kelly built the relationships in the book, both between Lolly and her guys, and Lolly and her mom. I'm looking forward to listening to Vance's story in the next book in this great series.
This was my second audiobook narrated by Mr. Lawrence. He does a really good job with each character, and moves the book along at just the right speed while showing just the right level of emotion.

O...M...G!!!
Revisado: 08-28-16
I loved this book!! It is sexy, sweet, sizzling hot...and definitely not for the faint of heart. The chemistry between Adam and Mia is full of heat. As they become a family along with his children there is a sweetness that doesn't cool down that heat at all. It seems even sexier. There is mystery because of their pasts, a few bumps along the way, that character that you love to hate, all wrapped up with their love (and oh so lusty) story, giving me everything I need in a great book. The cliffhanger had me cussing. LOL I NEED to know what comes next!!
The narrator was excellent. She gave Mia just the right amount of sass and attitude, and did Adam's character and the twins parts very well too. I will listen to more of her books for sure.
Can't wait to get the next book in this trilogy!!

Historia
Welcome to Bliss, the bridal capital of the Midwest! Natalie Castellano practically has it all - beauty, brains, and a stellar reputation. Because childbearing hips and exhaustion lines are totally sexy. And knowing when to let go of her family's failing bridal boutique is smart...right? Plus, who doesn't want to be that divorced mother in Bliss? With all she has going for her, it would be selfish to secretly wish for love too. Who needs it? Definitely not Nat. But perhaps she does need to take her wedding dress-obsessed little boy somewhere else for a fresh start.

What a fun book!
Revisado: 08-25-16
The first in Jamie Farrell's Misfit Brides series, Blissed, sets the tone for a great romantic comedy series. She mixes sweet love stories with her zany sense of humor with just the right mix of lovable imperfect characters that result in books that tugs at your heartstrings while making you laugh out loud.
CJ and Natalie have a history that Natalie is still upset about. She blames him for her divorce, but he has no idea why. She is struggling to run her mother's bridal shop in the "marriedest town on earth" as a divorcee and single mother. CJ is invited to compete in the 50th Husband Games even though he is now a widower. Though they try to stay away from each other their paths keep crossing, and they fall...hard. Their story is sweet and funny, but not without its difficulties. The supporting characters are so much fun that you can't help but fall for them too.
I am still fairly new to audio books and sometimes struggle with one voice for all the characters but Karen White did a great job with narration. There were times that I felt like she was sitting with me telling me a story that was making me laugh out loud! I'm looking forward to listening to the rest of the Misfit Brides series and more narration by Ms. White.

Ex-cop Ryan O'Hare takes one look at buttoned-up control freak Liz Garner and just itches to loosen the woman up. Not that he's into her. Because a woman like that comes with way too many expectations. Not to mention she practically works for him, and he didn't hire Liz to watch after his beloved Harley-stealing Gran so he could turn Liz loose in his bed. Still, there's something about her, a hidden wild side, that makes him wonder what it would take.

What a fun book!
Revisado: 08-23-16
The Opposite of Wild was so funny I don't think I could narrate it without giggling! I loved the characters, especially Maggie. Her antics made me laugh out loud more than once. Liz and Ryan were a great "second chance" story. They made me laugh and want to shake them at times! This was a great start to the Clover Park series and I'm looking forward to reading book 2, Daisy Does It All.
I am still fairly new to audio books so I am still getting used to hearing just one voice for all the characters. Yes, when I read a great book I hear the characters speaking. Oh the voices that I hear!! The narrator did a good job making all the characters sound believable for me most of the time. There were one or two places where a female character sounded a bit off, but for the most part it was very good. I would listen to him narrate other books.

Loved the Story Line
Revisado: 02-10-16
Would you consider the audio edition of Reign of Blood to be better than the print version?
I have not read the print version so I cannot answer this question.
What did you like best about this story?
I am a huge Walking Dead fan, and this story felt like a vampire version of that. I usually hate the blood and guts type of stories, but this story felt more like a book about the human condition. April's resilience in the face of losing her family and having to survive on her own was amazing. She was a very strong heroine.
What about Anne Marie Susan Silvey’s performance did you like?
Her voice was easy to understand and very consistent.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I listened all in one sitting.
