Emilie Richards outdid herself with this story!
Revisado: 11-11-16
Emilie Richards tells the story of 2 foster children who maintain a lasting friendship thru their adulthood! They form a bond thicker than most blood sisters sticking together thru thick or thin! Quite a tear jerker as the 2 film a documentary on foster families and the life the 2 endured and overcame!

Great story!!
Revisado: 09-08-16
I'm not usually a reader of suspense terrorist type books however once I started "Two from Isaacs House" I couldn't quit listening to see what would happen next.
Imagine living your whole life being brought up thinking your dirt poor and being embarrassed by how your father made you live and dress only to find out he lied to you your whole life!
Now you have inherited his small fortune & before you marry and settle down for life you decide to embark on a journey of your lifetime- never imagining what that journey brings.... New love exotic travel & adventures of a lifetime!
Although different from Normandie's past books it was excellent!!

Revisado: 04-16-16
I have read Diane Chamberlin since the beginning of her career! What an excellent story Reflections is!! Diane is such a crafty story teller telling the story of Rachel who hadn't seen her Grandmother since she was a young teenager & not wanting to impose on her life when she struck by lightening! What truths they both learned about the past years sets them both free!!

Historia
For listeners of Unbroken, out of the depths of the Great Depression comes the astonishing tale of nine working-class boys from the American West who at the 1936 Olympics showed the world what true grit really meant. With rowers who were the sons of loggers, shipyard workers, and farmers, the University of Washington’s eight-oar crew was never expected to defeat the elite East Coast teams, yet they did, going on to shock the world by challenging the German boat rowing for Adolf Hitler.
