Even though he will never see this review, I just want to say "thank you" to Michael Richards for opening up and sharing so much about yourself with us. This is easily the best autobiography I've ever read/listened to.

Didn't Hold Up Well

The narrator is fantastic and the story is definitely interesting. The main problem is that the author is supposed to be conversing with Nostradamis and getting clarity on his predictions. Originally written in the 1980's... enough time hes passed that many of the predictions should have already happened, but they have not.
I'd recommend to listen to this for entertainment only. Do not put any weight to the predictions described.

I miss George Guidall, but this narrator does a great job. I think God they didn't get Armband Schultz... ugh. Kyle Mills does an excellent job as always. Iim looking forward to next year's story with the new author.

Did Mills get tired of writing?

I reread all Rapp novels before I opened this one. It's impressive how Kyle Mills picked up where Flynn left us. Mills has done a superb job and has turned me into a raving fan. Once again, he did an excellent job on this story... through the first 3/4. It almost seems like someone else wrote the last 1/4 of this book.
Guidal once again proves he's the best. For me, no one else can ever read these stories. Though, I'd probably listen to Guidal read a phone book and love it!
Now for something controversial... maybe it is time to reboot Rapp like we do with James Bond. I'm tired of hearing how old he is. At this rate, the next book is going to be describing how Rapp wears Depends and takes out his teeth before bed. Maybe we just reboot him as a young kid and start over.

Silva took a cue from The Dixie Chicks of 2003... offending and alienating his loyal customer base. I painfully sat through four chapters before I gave up and returned it to Audible. As a fan of every Alon book, I'm always looking forward to the release of the latest edition. I had this pre-ordered for months. I was so disappointed.

Stop letting George Guidall ruin Mitch

One of the BEST Rapp novels to date

It boggles my mind that anyone other than Flynn can bring the Rapp stories to life in such an amazingly captivating way. Kyle Mills was great from the start, but has only become better over time. He has outdone himself with this latest offering. Being a die-hard Flynn fan, it almost pains me to say that this could be one of the absolute best Rapp novels to date. It is very reminiscent to the very early stories by Flynn. I have to imagine that Flynn would be very happy with this story.

The story line is very scary. If you've already read "One Second After" by William R. Forstchen, you will already be familiar with this incredible vulnerability of the United States.
One last note. George Guidall will always be my go to narrator for any Rapp novel. They have tried other narrators in the past, but none of them could capture and relay the story like Guidall. In fact, there are Rapp novels I simply couldn't complete via Audible because the narration was so bad! Thank God they have been sticking with Guidall. I pray they never make the huge mistake of replacing him again. This is another outstanding performance by a Grand Master story teller!!!
