Aside from confidence, the author also discussed patience and personal development, which is my favorite part of the book. I believe as a man, if we aim for something to better ourselves, we will need to understand ourselves fully and be patient. we will not be able to do changes overnight, we can get better results if we lot enough time to invest in what we really want to happen and that takes patience.

As I looked through the work listed I came across a couple with the topic of “dark psychology.” From the descriptions, it looked like I would get usable information I could put into practice without wading through all the impractical academics of psychology. I thought I could use this ledger to understand personal interactions, not to “manipulate and control.”
