The plot sucks every thing is so predictable. The main character Nath is the dumbest most naive hero in fact he is so stupid he often refers to himself as stupid and foolish. After about the 5th double cross you would think he would have learned a thing or two but no he never learns. The character reminds me of children that needs a spanking. The main villain Darken ugh I m so annoyed with him constantly reminding people oh btw I didn’t kill you because you passed my stupid test. This book is a disaster I listened because it was free I will not waste a credit on the second I would not listen to the second one even if it was free. Wait if it was free maybe I would only to add up my counts on how many more times the hero Nath would be robbed beaten and tricked. Come on how many times can you loose a magic sword.

Dragged out but still good

I thought this in this book the heroes would have accomplished more, but this book seems like it dragged on and now left me hanging. I hope in the next book the heroes will finally start to get ahead and stop being 2 steps behind the enemy. I absolutely love Yonik please don’t kill him off. Please make Saska not be so weak and pathetic in the next book. Every time she gets in to a situation or battle I get excited and scream this is it she is going to kick butt or her powers are going to manifest, but then I’m disappointed someone always has to save her.

I fell in love with characters

The book is fantastic it gives you everything dragons magician magic blades all types of creatures. The characters I absolutely love the main characters and found myself liking some of the bad one. I haven’t had a a book make me love the villains since Harry Potter.

I like the story and was enjoying the book for about 30 chapters.. Then the male voice started it grated on my nerves. I almost ended the book but forced myself to continue because it was free. However I do believe I will spend the credit on the next books.

I usually find it hard to listen to most female narrators but this narrator was excellent. I love the story this book has a way of making you love everyone even some of the bad people.

Struggled to finish. Very slow the reader read at a very slow pace I fell asleep several times.

I hate the narrator voices for the characters I hate the way the author keeps repeating the characters name every other word. it seems like a kid wrote this and the editor never edited. only reason why it has Stars is because it would not let me save without marking one.
