Historia
No one wants to see a church die. And yet, far too many churches are dying. For more than 25 years, Dr. Thom Rainer has helped churches grow, reverse the trends of decline, and has autopsied those that have died. From this experience, he has discovered 12 consistent themes among those churches that have died. Yet, it's not gloom and doom because from those 12 themes, lessons on how to keep your church alive have emerged.

Short but poweful
Revisado: 02-05-22
It can definitely be a slap in the face but one that is much needed. Any church leader, elder, pastor and even a regular church member must read this. I shared these words of wisdom with my leadership team. I hope they can bless you and your church as well.

Historia
In 1978, the first group of space shuttle astronauts was introduced to the world - 29 men and six women who would carry NASA through the most tumultuous years of the space shuttle program. Among them was USAF Colonel Mike Mullane, who, in his memoir Riding Rockets, strips the heroic veneer from the astronaut corps and paints them as they are - human.

A great self examination book
Revisado: 02-05-21
This book really makes you look deep into yourself. The narration is well done and it keeps you engaged the whole time. After you read this book you will want to examine yourself the way that Carlos did at this retreat. I hope this book will help you become stronger in your faith.

Historia
Newbery Award-winner Gary Paulsen's best-known book comes to audio in this breathless, heart-gripping drama about a boy pitted against the wilderness with only a hatchet and a will to live. On his way to visit his recently divorced father in the Canadian mountains, thirteen-year-old Brian Robeson is the only survivor when the single-engine plane crashes. His body battered, his clothes in shreds, Brian must now stay alive in the boundless Canadian wilderness.

A true classic that is always fun to revisit
Revisado: 02-05-21
I read this book for the first time in middle school and had a sudden urge to listen to it again many years later. The writing language of course seems very simple now to me but the story is still outstanding. This will always be one of my favorite books. A must read for anyone fan of survival and aviation.

Historia
Fred Stoller has played the annoying schnook in just about every sitcom you’ve seen on TV - Friends, Everybody Loves Raymond, Scrubs, Hannah Montana, My Name Is Earl - and was even a staff writer for Seinfeld, but he’s never found a solid gig. When it comes to Hollywood, it’s a case of always the bridesmaid and never the bride, except in his case he’s always the snarky waiter, the mopey cousin, or Man Number Two.

Very entertaining
Revisado: 12-03-20
This is a must read for anyone who would like to know what it’s like to be on the set of a sitcom or hear Hollywood stories. Fred paints a very vivid picture in this memoir of the many guest appearances he has had over his career. I look forward to coming back to this book again In the future.
