The wait for this book dang near killed me. Other than that, it's a really good book. Abit to drawn out for the wait. It felt like there was so much world building the story never really progressed. My opinion aside, it was a great book, love this series, and I can't wait for the next one.

For what it is, this is a good book. That being said the plot holes and feeling a bit rushed kind of ruined the story. Side note the audiotrack needs so editing, word's fade in and out along with sentences just cutting out.

(Good book overall) Don't get me wrong, the kid isn't dumb or anything. It's just that in every life or death situation, he makes the same dumb mistakes. Honestly, you'd think after almost dying once he would have learned.... buuut no same thing time after time.

I have always been a fan of Jeff Hays and his range of voices 10/10 would read again. I know I'm not alone in saying I'd like to start over at 18 with the knowledge I have now, so this is great.

After a long waiting period, it has finally arrived and this book did not disappoint. I can not tell you how much I enjoy this series. Keep up the amazing work!

I like the different point of view in this book. the audio could use some quality control. double and triple repeated lines, and the female voices kept fading in and out along with just sounding as if spoken through a kids voice changer. Glad the bad French accent is gone.

To short for my liking, and the French accent was both embarrassing and annoying to try and understand. other than that, it's an interesting point of view to see an isekai where you aren't the MC and also not immediately OP.
