A masterclass in elegant prose and clever humor, a literary tour de force that continues to enchant--a rich tapestry of irony and satire, inviting readers to question the nature of authorship, reality, and madness.

Terrible narration ruins an interesting book. Cioran deserves better than a narrator off the street who mispronounces names and common words.

First rate writing. First rate narration. Chandler is one of the greatest American writers in the company with Hemingway, Hammett, Faulkner, Gaddis etc

Musically structured acidic and comedic novel

This is one of the greatest works of German prose in post-war German literature. More importantly, this book is as funny as it is dark: a takedown of the Viennese—and really any— art scene. There are riches contained in the details. The prose itself is highly musical, employing leitmotif and hypnotic repetition to great effect.
Perhaps an acquired taste, but once acquired Bernhard’s prose easily becomes an addiction.

Gripping and thoughtful true crime, with never before heard interviews and excellent narration. Recommended for true crime aficionados and fans of Michael Connelly.

This a very good narration of a work of genius. The performance would warrant five stars but for the odd pronunciation of names such as “Frege,” which is inexplicably pronounced as “frayj.” In my experience, such a lapse is unusual in a Ukemi audiobook. Nevertheless, Jonathan Booth is a clear and pleasant narrator.

Superbly narrated by Ron Silver, this alternate history of America is more chilling now than when it was published over 15 years ago. In addition, this late masterpiece is brilliantly crafted by a novelist at the top of his game, exhibiting all the charms of his best novels and all the subtle reflection on narrative that one finds in his later works.

Highly recommended

The greatest English novel of the 20th century

This multivolume masterwork surpasses Prousts's bloated and frankly overrated "In Search of Lost Time/Remembrance of Things Past" in elegance, profundity, nuance and humor. The Dance to the Music of Time is perhaps too subtle for our crude, simplistic and superficial age.
The narration is excellent.
