“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” hearkens back to Hippocrates, the father of medicine. This book is basic but crosses the line for me. Dr. Wolrich states some of the finest minds in medicine and nutrition in this country are simply spreading "Propaganda"! For example he claims Neal Barnard, T. Collin Campbell, Alan Goldhamer, Joel Khan, Michael Klaper, Pamila Popper, Michael Gregory, Grant Davis, Coldwell Esselstyn, Ruby Lathon, John McDougall, Milton Mills, Kim Williams, Michelle McMaKen all PhD's and published authors are all spreading lies stating that a whole food plant based diet and avoiding meat, milk and dairy is the true and only healthy way to live, The science is very solid to support this! But Wolrich claims cows milk is good for you, so is meat, sugar and processed oils!

The author provides a number of reinforcing strategies to find and learn to trust in your inner strength! A no nonsense approach to developing greater self respect, which is the foundation for respecting others. The more you work on improving the relationship with yourself the more appropriate your relationship with others become! Thank you Ian!

If you could sum up Mental Strength Positive Attitude in three words, what would they be?

Focus on the positive, practice gratitude.

What other book might you compare Mental Strength Positive Attitude to and why?

Escaping Emotional Entrapment by Daniel Rutley. Resilience comes from seeing the positive and work on the task at hand to complete the goal. In essence this is mental toughness compared with seeing the negative in a situation and wanting to give up.

What does Kirk Hanley bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Kirk maintains an up lifting positive attitude through out!

This man has done his homework and speaks with conviction!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Succeeding Through Inner Strength?

The clarity of Nathaniel's message is excellent and so rational.

Have you listened to any of Nathaniel Branden’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes I found the message very helpful.

What did you learn from Succeeding Through Inner Strength that you would use in your daily life?

Compassion, the benefit of living more consciously and the need to strengthen positive emotions of self trust, self love and self respect.

Any additional comments?

I love the point he makes 'self respect is the foundation for respecting others' and 'the more you work on increasing your self esteem the more appropriate your relationship with others become' I have tested these concepts and they are true.
