Great overview

I really liked this book from Brandon Turner. 10/10 I think he has really good intentions with his material and I think he has a really great way of explaining these concepts and very simple terms that are uneasy to understand for a first time investor. I am very impressed with this book, I highly recommend it as a great overview on getting started in rental real estate
