Narration is unbearable

I struggled to listen to the narrators. The first two books in the series were delightful and engaging. Charlotte North captured the essence of each character. Even the children. I listened to books 1 and 2 in a two day span. I can't make it thru book 3. The narrators have made 2 characters I enjoyed and couldn't wait for their story into 2 characters I can't stand. Regan's American accent is deplorable. I won't be purchasing anymore books in this series because of the narrators. Where is Charlotte North? Why isn't she narrating this series anymore? 😫
