Mediocre narration
Revisado: 11-19-24
I was so looking forward to this book! But then, however they choose the narrator, they chose one that cannot follow the previous book with the Soanish accent for the male lead character. Followed by using the wrong name for the lead female character...her name is 'CATRIONA' not 'KATRINA'! The story is wonderful, but the narrator was definitely a poor choice for this book when a Spanish accent is essential for a main character. So disappointed...I was just so conscious of the error every time she used the wrong name.

Unlikable heroine and narrator makes me cringe
Revisado: 07-17-24
I am 3/4 through the book, and will listen to the end, but the heroine was so completely immature and whiney that it was hard to get through. Its possible that the narrationinfluencesmy liking of the characater of 'Cathy'. I liked the character of Adam, but it's hard to enjoy a book with so few likable characters. The narration makes me cringe. I'm sure others like her, but when I see her name, the only thing that makes me listen is if it in a series. I have been throughly spoiled by Tim Campbell.
