Once it gets going it’s on!

By the time we reached the end of the book, I wasn’t ready for it to be finished! It took a while to get started, but I appreciated the character development and how complex Danny was.
Get the whole set and just prepare yourself for a really good ride definitely a different spin on the zombie Genre
I give it two thumbs up

Couldn’t stop

The story was well crafted out in regards to characters. All the characters had depths, and you actually cared about them. There are moments in the books where I was generally nervous, excited, and stressed out for the situations that were happening during this apocalyptic event.
It’s a great read, great villains, and most importantly a lot of heart
I breezed through all three books very quickly. I highly recommend.

Big fan of Michael and after this book I’m even a bigger fan! He paints a picture of my own childhood.
I went in thinking this book was about lifting weights and getting bigger and It turns out it’s about getting older, our bodies and our identities as men!

This book has a world for you to disappear into!
As a person who lives in the San Francisco Bay Area it was such a treat. The author magically combines a bunch of genres with ease and believability!
I am hoping there is some continuation of this story in future books!

Beautiful and heartbreaking story

As a former Angeleno this story felt so special to me and it was not hard to fall in love with the main character; a sensitive queer cougar who is struggling to stay alive.
I cried my eyes out at the end.
Definitely a great read.

Beautiful love story with heart

Rainbow cove is the place to be, both Nash and Mason are a couple that you will be rooting for!
The author does a really good job, creating a slew of characters and world building.
As a gay man, it’s wonderfully exciting to see how the author, a cisgendered woman, creates such a sexy world and chemistry between two men!
