I am a survivor of domestic violence. Before I bought this audio book, I was still surviving in the relationship, feeling stuck. I didn't want to be in the relationship any longer, but had an under developed 'Say Yes' muscle. I felt used, abused, and ready to end my life...until I listened to Lisa's story. I cried through chapters 8-9, but felt my "Say Yes" muscle building up enough to empower me to say 'No More,' to my situation. I am still surviving, but not in that relationship. Within a few days, I left him and almost everything I owned behind. I chose my life, happiness, and joy. I pray one day soon, I can tell her in person, 'Thank you!.'
