Much better than I expected.

I’ve read a lot on performance, flow and deliberate practice and this book had some great insights I hadn’t seen presented this way. It also pumps you up to try to achieve difficult tasks. Definitely worth a read.

Great!

This book was incredibly enjoyable. One of my favorite audio books because of the objective approach and interesting aspects of Washington that are presented. It's very detailed but not overly so. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in this man. I had never known much about the "primus inter pares" of the revolution before but now I see why so many people were willing to follow him. The author does a great job in his writing and Washington seems like such an interesting subject in his hands that you can't help but enjoy the ride.

A little silly
Revisado: 08-09-07
I'm not an expert so I can't be sure of the quality of the advice... but it is unnecessarily wordy and repetitive. It's an interesting approach but it should be cheaper and it should probably be a little less annoying in its use of repetition. I can't say I highly recommend it but it is not complete trash either. It's also more of a program than a book so be prepared to spend 24 days minimum doing all of the exercises.
