Judith Gladstone came to San Francisco after her parents died to find her last living relative, an aunt she has never met. Instead she has fallen head over heels in love with Caleb Coulter, her friend's brother. Caleb has promised to help Judith find her aunt, but she can tell he thinks of her only as a friend, and she struggles to hide her feelings. I would like to listen to this series but I can’t handle this narrator!! Gosh really!!!! I can’t even get through the first chapter!
I love Tracie Peterson’s books but this narrator kills it for me! Very disappointed!

Revisado: 01-15-17
What disappointed you about All the Winters After?
All the "F" words!!!
Would you be willing to try another book from Seré Prince Halverson? Why or why not?
No never!!!! I won't waste a credit on this writer!!! I think a writer should be able to tell the story without the foul language!
Have you listened to any of George Newbern’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No

Historia
Not long after Isabel "Izzy" Chambers opens up a knitting shop in the sleepy fishing town of Sea Harbor, Massachusetts, a diverse group of women begins congregating each week to form the Seaside Knitters. Izzy raises some eyebrows when she rents the apartment above her shop to Angie Archer, whose reputation for loose behavior and a quick temper has made her unpopular with many locals. But could any of them have wanted her dead? Angie's body is discovered drowned in the harbor, her long red hair tangled like seaweed in a lobster trap.

Fun series!
Revisado: 08-03-14
Where does Death by Cashmere rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I'm a knitter, and I meet with friends in our local yarn shop weekly, so I can really understand the relationship of the group!
Any additional comments?
I'm looking forward to listening to the complete series!

Love it!
Revisado: 08-03-14
What made the experience of listening to Patterns in the Sand the most enjoyable?
I thought I had the murderer figured out! I was wrong, surprise ending! Loved it!
Who was your favorite character and why?
I like them all, but I would love to have Nell as my friend! I'm very curious to see what Willow does with her new life, I hope she continues to be a main character in the series!

Interesting
Revisado: 03-24-14
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
The book yes, but not the narrator!
What did you like best about this story?
I always like Mary Higgins Clark, she keeps you guessing to the end!
Did Jan Maxwell do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
I thought she did well with the female voices however the male voices were horrible! They all had a whine not at all easy to listen to. I will not buy any more books with her narration.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No
