When I was picking a book on carnivore diet, I decided to pick this one and I received more than I expected… Dr. Baker is so detailed and simplistic in his speech and explanations that it was not hard for me to understand and even take in all the information in this book which by the way is a lot… His enthusiasm has encouraged me to begin a journey on this diet and of course, all the details as well! Thank you for having the courage to write this book and do so much research for us to follow!!!
