They say the best way to exhibit mastery is by teaching. And the best way to learn is by practicing and doing- knowledge in action. I am grateful for Ryan’s generosity and courage to share this truth and paramount virtue. Courage is the cornerstone to all stoic principles.

And while it may not always be easy to practice, it is what preserves the truths, rights, and values we most cherish as humans.

Salud!

This book is a fountain of wisdom, jammed packed with historical facts that share practical, valuable insights on the relationship between destiny and discipline, why it’s important and how it ultimately facilitates freedom.

I would recommend this book to anyone that is actively working on overcoming challenges, creative blocks, or actualizing their latent potential;

Because listening to this book is like having a patient philosopher in your ear, guiding you with insights on how to face and overcome life’s greatest challenges with discipline for a better destiny.

And just as great masters are truly at heart, great students- it’s clear the author has been researching discipline for years, underlining sentences, writing key take always on cards, practicing and meditating on discipline at the root level and then offers the fruits of his understanding.

Grateful for this timeless piece of literary art that is sure to help millions of people around the world. Thank you, Ryan.

It has been said that fools may learn from personal experience. Yet, the wise learn from the experiences of others. This audiobook engages you with a vivid adventure in a champion’s path with Greek history, virtue, passion, philosophy, the divine, family, food, grit, and excellence. Another generous gift from beloved, Karno. I would recommend this book to anyone active in personal growth and development.
