The story line was very interesting. I like a bad boy meets good girl, falls in love and has new meaning to life. What stood out was that her father was the cause of his bad boy personality but couldn't separate him from his father. And this caused them all to fall. There is always a tragedy you wish didn't happen.

This is a great story and has a very sensitive story line. Very well written and it kept you on your toes. Vanessa went through so much for someone so young, you can't help but feel for her. Sarah Puckett ad Jay Alder did great on the narration. Give the credit to Pink Flamingo Productions.

This was a great Mafia romance. I also enjoy reading mixed couple romance. Amarie Avant is a new to me author and this was a well written story. Leith and Chevelle had their moments where you wish they would just get to the point, but I loved them together. I highly recommend this book.

This was one of the best PNR book i have listen to all year. Synthia's powers are off the charts. Ryder is a fae that is more than what he seems. Together they are explosive and extremely sexual, that makes for a wonderful combination. If you love PNR this is a must have. I adore Sarah Puckett and Stephen Dexter narrating these characters. Can't wait to hear them read book 2.
