I never knew that women had PTSD during vietnam war and people woukd keep saying there were no women in Vietnam. what a struggle all these women went through. I learned so much. There were things I never knew and I liked talking to my husband about the things I learned. this book deserves more starts than 5.

Suspense at its best...End of story

I read four of Ms. Roses books back to back and could not stop listening. I never thought I could get so emotional towards a suspense thriller. I think this was her best book to date. I have officially decided that she's one of the best writers in a long tike and I want more! I plan to keep on going until she has no more books out! This is a MUST READ! End of story...

I kept wondering where this book was going and didn't see it coming. Best romance to me of the year. I won't be able to find a book better than this in the dark romance genre

First Faerie book ever when it came out.

I discovered the original book in 2002 and still have it to thus day. Tithe was the book that started my journey to the world of Holly Black. she isnand always be m favorite author because of this book.

Best book of October...End of story!

I loved this duology. it was an incredible read and audiobook. I loved all the characters, but if anyone asked me if I have one in particular, my answer..."Why... the Sheperd King, of course." Many times, a sequel doesn't always make it, but here, Ms. Gillig did an outstanding job. Everything was perfect and on occasion I was sitting on the edge of my seat. this book helped me get past covid, too! this book duology is a must-read!

Beloved characters, all of them.

I cant say enough and not great with reviews but what I can say, is that this series is probably my most favorite written since Harry Potter. Beautifully written. I read and listened to thhe first 3 at least 5 times and now I am sad it is done. it is a series when in a reading slump, read this whole series and your slump is gone. I can not wait for another book from Mrs. Tahir. waiting patiently.

steve West is the best Narrator in awhile.
