By far my favorite Hancock book since Fingerprints. Really refreshing change of locale for Graham, but also a classic return to form. Full of fresh ideas, based in cutting edge anthropology, framed through a unique and creative viewpoint. Expertly read as usual. Exceptional storytelling and picture painting. A joy to listen to.

Where does A Minor Case of Murder: A Cassie O' Malley Mystery (Five Star Mystery Series) rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is my first on this site, but my husband buys a couple a month. The story was a little confusing for me until the middle, then it picked up. Overall, I liked it. My husband and I usually speed up the narrations from this site because they are too slow. This one was just a little too fast. Please slow it down just a tad next time!
How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
Maybe had the murder a little earlier. My husband thought the story was written more for women, and I thought it was written more for men. He also thought that the ugly review for the narrator was because these stories get narrated by men a lot. My daughter and I loved her voice. We think she should narrate books for teens and young adults!
Which character – as performed by Amber Connor – was your favorite?
I liked Cassie best. I have a friend that reminds me of Chayanne too so that was endearing.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Her husband Rob. When she talked about being 20 I almost cried.
Any additional comments?
Overall, we liked it and gave it 3.5 (but there wasn't a way to give half stars, I don't think)
