Great book for ANY parent.
Revisado: 09-26-22
While the book focuses on parents of “troubled” children, this book should be required reading for all parents. There are so many things that were pointed out by Dr Reedy that made infinite sense…once he said them. “Yes, of course, that’s obvious” I would think to myself wondering then why I hadn’t realized the obvious before. Building a healthy relationship with your child (or anyone else) is not easy and not fast, but Dr. Reedy provides tools and different perspectives to try in improving your relationships in general.

Historia
In the spring of 1939, a top-secret organization was founded in London: Its purpose was to plot the destruction of Hitler's war machine through spectacular acts of sabotage. The guerrilla campaign that followed was every bit as extraordinary as the six men who directed it. One of them, Cecil Clarke, was a maverick engineer who had spent the 1930s inventing futuristic caravans. Now his talents were put to more devious use: He built the dirty bomb used to assassinate Hitler's favorite, Reinhard Heydrich.

amazing account of the birth of special forces
Revisado: 05-01-19
loved this book, and the performance of the narrator/author? Mr Milton brings to life the development of special forces in wwii in an entertaining and slightly scary way. the book is entertaining as it reads like a Tom Clancy or Ian Fleming (who is in the book BTW) novel, but is scary in demonstrating how easily the outcome of the war could have been very very different!

Historia
At its most basic level, Allied Capital is the story of Wall Street at its worst. But the story is much bigger than one little-known company. Fooling Some of the People All of the Time is an important call for effective law enforcement, free speech, and fair play.

Don’t listen to this if you have investments in public companies!
Revisado: 01-31-18
A fascinating, frustrating, and frightening story for any individual investor. The fact that a public company could behave in such an unethical way without any recourse for many years should scare the pants off of anyone investing in public companies. Couldn’t stop listening!
