New Aliens join in the fight
Revisado: 05-26-24
This is definitely a book that I would not skip. I’m saying that because I myself was thinking of doing that based off another person‘s review. But please trust me do not skip this book. It is a big part of the storyline. It does set up an ark for another story that will bloom into several other books. To me that is a big plus because I got to say this author is killing it. I said and listen to the words coming out of the narrators mouth and try to imagine how the author is able to come up with all these things. It’s almost like he really went through it. I am so enjoying this series. I have been listening to book after book and just a few days time. I am about to start the next book now. And this book is a book that brings in some very new and interesting characters. You get to actually meet some characters from a higher up species then we have been dealing with. You also get to see another commander in charge. This shows you someone looking at The aliens and the war in a different aspect. I thought this was very interesting. You also get to hear a lot from Joe and Skippy my favorite alien beer can. As I said earlier, the narrator is killing it. He is one of my favorite narrator of all time. Most of the books in my library Are from him. The author and the narrator go together wonderfully. So you’re not taking a chance by reading this book, you’re really probably going to enjoy it just as much as you would have any other of the books. Well I can’t wait to get started on the next one so I’ll end here.

The EF just keeps getting better
Revisado: 05-17-24
I once again loved another book well written and well spoken!!!! I can’t get over the author’s vast universe that all started in his mind. I mean wow!! This book is about a black ops mission that goes good and bad. The imagination it must take to come up with these kind of details. It’s such a pleasure reading books like this that keep you turning the page and laughing your tail off. Skippy is my favorite AI. He really makes the books very funny. I can’t wait to get the next book now. The narrator is my favorite too he really does a great job

“It happened fast. Thirty-two minutes for one world to die, another to be born". An epic and gripping tale of catastrophe and survival, The Passage is the story of Amy - abandoned by her mother at the age of six, pursued, and then imprisoned by the shadowy figures behind a government experiment of apocalyptic proportions. But Special Agent Brad Wolgast, the lawman sent to track her down, is disarmed by the curiously quiet girl and risks everything to save her. As the experiment goes nightmarishly wrong, Wolgast secures her escape - but he can’t stop society’s collapse.

Way better than fox made it!!!
Revisado: 03-12-24
I really like how well the author describes everything that goes on. He is very detail oriented. I seen the film first so kinda knew what to expect… I thought. There are many differences. For example fox only really got into a third of what the book has to offer. There is so much more adventure and scare factors. The author has a way of making or gifting you a look into what each character is feeling or thinking even. I did have to speed up the narration to 1.2x because of how he tried to give a melancholy type voice for the atmosphere. No big deal since audible has that option. I’ve already started the next book and am in chapter six as I write this so no need to say how forward I was looking to continue the story. If you’ve only seen the tv series you should go ahead and give it a try I bet you’ll like it.

Historia
Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a desperate, last-chance mission - and if he fails, humanity and the Earth itself will perish. Except that right now, he doesn't know that. He can't even remember his own name, let alone the nature of his assignment or how to complete it. All he knows is that he's been asleep for a very, very long time. And he's just been awakened to find himself millions of miles from home, with nothing but two corpses for company.

Rocky the coolest Iridian ever!!!!
Revisado: 02-10-24
Oh my where to start!…. This was a real page turner that I listened to in two days. My gosh science fiction meets scientific facts all over the place. I can not imagine how much went into writing this book. I mean I’m no scientist but I do know that a lot of research had to be done for all the mathematic details to fit so perfectly with actual space travel. And now my new favorite Martian comes out of the story. A five legged spider made of all kinds of minerals and metals named Rocky. I really liked the way he was portrayed and I almost let a tear in one part when….well I shouldn’t give it away lol. The narrator which is my all time favorite did awesome as always. I can’t believe how good he can do different voices for different characters. All in all a really good book I would suggest you give a go

When an experiment to study quantum uncertainty goes spectacularly wrong, physics student Bill Rustad and his friends find that they have accidentally created an inter-dimensional portal. They connect to Outland - an alternate Earth with identical geology, but where humans never evolved. The group races to establish control of the portal before the government, the military, or evildoers can take it away. Then everything changes when the Yellowstone supervolcano erupts in an explosion large enough to destroy civilization and kill half the planet.

Portal to A New Earth wow!!!!
Revisado: 02-07-24
I have to say this book kept me from the start. I mean the imagination that goes into these stories is unbelievable. The author did a wonderful job as always with building the characters with just mere words. It’s like watching the book happen in my mind. Plus the author, wow…. He does such a wonderful job with performing this book, as he does with all of his book readings. I got this on sale and glad I did. I will be checking out the rest of the series soon. So for me it’s 5 stars all the way.

Revisado: 02-05-24
I really enjoyed listening to this book. The characters were really cool. The talking gun, Sir Charles, was way cool. I laughed so hard while listening to this book but was also tensed up during lots of the book. The narration was great as always with this guy. I can’t wait to see where this story takes me.

Paint your toes. Pick up the wrong coffee and bagel order. Drive from Brooklyn to Jersey in traffic so slow you want to tear your hair out. It’s amazing all the useless things I can accomplish while on hold for three hours with customer service. Three hours when I should be getting the Date-in-a-Box website ready to launch at the big business expo in a few days. Except my shiny new website is glitching, and my inner rage-monster is ready to scorch some earth...when he finally picks up. Not the robot voice I expected but a real live human named Kal.

I loved the characters!!!! Awesome author great narrator
Revisado: 01-30-24
I really enjoyed listening to this book Hunger. I finished it in just 3 days. I couldn’t put it down. The narrator did a really great job reading the book. The voice fit in well. I loved all the characters or either loved to hate them. Ann was so awesome and funny as all get out. The way this was wrote played out in my head like a movie. I could and would love to see it as a movie. I hope that some consideration would be put into opening back up this world with a new book… not that it needs one the ending was superb but I would love to see these characters written in again lol. Really just such a good book and I’m glad I own itt now because I will be listening to it again later on down the road. So to the author thank you so much for creating this monstrous, scary, but really cool world to life. To the narrator great job! I love the way you put life into the words. It really made it easy to see in my mind every little action. And to those of you reading this that are thinking about what to listen to, quit waiting time and press play on this book and get ready to Hunger for more!!!!

Heath Holiday. My crush on him has ebbed and flowed over the years, but the day I started working for his construction company was the day I smothered it for good. Sort of. Mostly. It was on my to-do list. Making it a priority would have been easier had he not arrived at his family’s annual Christmas party looking ridiculously handsome in a suit. Then he kissed me. We stepped into an alternate universe and he kissed me.
