Wow! Perfect balance of humor and marriage saving information!

I loved this book! Kim and Penn are hilarious, and they have terrific ideas for how to communicate more effectively, resolve disagreements, and improve your marriage. I’m actually going to listen to the book again and take notes, and I may even buy a hard copy of the book because I’m convinced that our marriage will be better if we follow the ideas that Kim and Penn share. I couldn’t stop listening, and my only regret is that I didn’t want the book to end!

This is a fantastic book for adults as well as kids. It catches your attention from the very beginning, and I didn’t want to go to bed last night because I wanted to keep listening! I hope we get more Audible originals like this!

Lots of fun!

I love this book! I can't even watch their TV show because we don't have cable, but I thoroughly enjoyed the book. I thought I would die laughing when Chip ordered a houseboat over the Internet and had it delivered without telling Joanna only to find out that it was a crummy old boat with holes in it. These two put family and faith first, and that's refreshing. My favorite quote from the book is, "Choose contentment and thankfulness now and stop imagining that we have to have everything perfect before we'll be happy." Well said! This is a fun book from a great couple!
