This book is a golden nugget that will help young people build a solid foundation for themselves and build financial habits that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. I am eager to share the tips with my children even before they are teenagers. I love how the book emphasizes the importance of financial literacy and provides all the tools teens need to get started with a simple budget. This book is definitely a great addition to middle school and high school libraries. It really fills a gap that many teens encounter when they start college. Following the advice in this book will definitely make independence a smoother ride.

It seems like the author sensed my need for this treasure, and the book found its way to me just as I have been on a path of self-discovery. We're encouraged to listen to a different quote every day as a source of meditation. I think this is a great mindfulness tool that can help us add depth to our lives and to the lives of those that we interact with regularly.

This book shows the concerns and feelings that many women experience with perimenopause and menopause. I remember my father having a discussion with my brother and me about menopause so that we could be compassionate with my mother. I felt the same tone and support with this book for when this time arrives in my life. I think it's a great tool for others to share with their families to support women and educate their support system. I really appreciate the author's personal experiences. They added more trust as I was listening and learning.

This book is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their life and doesn't know where to start. It highlights generating positivity and allowing yourself to see things through a different lens. It points out how negativity poisons life and is contagious. It teaches the importance of goals and how they enhance every aspect of life. We need to write our goals down and immediately take positive action towards them. I learned that it takes thirty days to form habits. We have to get outside of our comfort zone to see our potential. Fear is our worst enemy. To inculcate habits that help us reach our goals, we need to track our time. Self-love, self-acceptance, self-awareness, and self-respect are vital qualities that we should constantly cultivate. We must overcome previous stigmas of money and embrace it. Mindfulness practices and gratitude are two habits that the book gives details about cultivating. The book teaches us to make habits and start small and immediately. It encourages us to have at least one accountability partner to help us stay on track. I feel rejuvenated and ready to continue inculcating positive habits in my life to reach my goals.

This book helped me to see how I need to empower myself and work on my mindset first to better support my daughter with special education needs. My main focus should be making sure my child feels loved unconditionally. It provides various tips and resources to equip parents and caregivers to maintain optimism. It empowers me and fills me with hope to keep in mind the questions the book provides: How am I keeping hope alive? How can I help my child find her passions and purpose in life? I feel reinvigorated to plan for my child's success and continue to search for activities that help her. I really appreciated how the author has been in my shoes and her passion inspires me to take action. She emphasizes the importance of fighting and educating myself to advocate for my child. I also appreciate the advice to celebrate small wins, because this journey can be so overwhelming. This book came to me right on time. It is a real treasure that I hope benefits many others along with me.

I am constantly searching for information about clean eating and natural remedies. I love this book, because it doesn't just list a bunch of herbs. It provides the science about how our gut works and common gut ailments. Then, it provides the science and history for herbal remedies. These details caused each recommendation to stand out more to me. Now that I know several benefits for each of the recommendations and the history of their use, I can easily remember them and implement them more in my daily life.

I am always looking to improve my health and the way I feel, so I thoroughly enjoyed learning the science of gut health and ways to keep my gut healthy. The tone of the book invokes a sense of hope for an area that so many women struggle with. I benefited from learning the link between overcoming depression and gut health. I learned the anatomy of the vagus nerve and how it has a direct connection to the brain. It was also so interesting to learn that each person has a gut “fingerprint,” so not everyone's gut reacts the same. This is the reasoning behind an elimination diet to learn which foods adversely affect your gut. This book stresses maintaining a balanced diet, staying hydrated, getting adequate and consistent sleep, engaging in breathing exercises, regular exercise, and other activities that help fight stress, which is a lifelong journey.

These bedtime stories have been a treasure for my daughter and for me. They have served as a bedtime aid - my daughter is more prone to get in bed for bedtime so she can listen to another story. I love that the characters are so relatable, engaging in activities that my daughter likes, such as art and martial arts. I also like how the stories alternate between girl and boy characters to show the strength of all children. These stories are a great tool for adults. I think they serve as a good meditation/mindfulness routine to remind us about healthy habits, such as breathing and taking nature walks. The stories also provide inspiration from community helpers and teach children about bravery and courage. I especially appreciated how one character had the same favorite food as my daughter. And I was able to feel appreciation for my daughter because she already has good practices, such as showing gratitude. I am so thankful for the wide range of topics covered by these stories, even bullying.
