As a Reiki Master, one thing you learn is that you never stop learning. Listening to Reiki for beginners, reminded me of that. Although I took many classes, this book helped me to really solidify my knowledge of the symbols. It helped me understand how Chakras and Reiki work so closely together. THis book has helped me in my practice.

This is the first time I have heard Racael Jayne. She really made this book easy to listen to. SHe has a great voice to listen to and I was able to focus on the words, getting lost in her narration. I look forward to hearing more from her.

Better than I expected

Talk about a twisted story. I never saw that coming. This story is easy to relate to, at first. Two college friends struggling to make ends meet. Desperate to have a place to stay to finish their studies, the take the offer in front of them for a free place to stay. This is only the beginning of the end. The twists and turns from here made me dizzy. I could not figure out who their new roommates were or what they were up to. But when all is revealed, the outcome is shocking! I cannot wait to see where Daniele Lanzarotta takes us next.

Cindy Kay really narrates Rebecca well. Rebecca is an intriguing character with many different aspects to her. Cindy was able to bring them all out through her narration. Jason Clarke has that swoon worthy voice that just makes you love his characters. Jason was able to bring out the best and worst of all the male characters and give them a unique style. It was easy to follow his narration of each character. I hope these two continue the series to keep it consistent.

a true pull at heartstrings

This book really pulled at my heartstrings. I could completely relate to the mother's struggle. Having two children with a rare disease, she turned to God. Her strength to let go and completely trust in God was so inspiring. Her story, is one that is a testament to God's will and the power of prayer and faith. The story was hard on my heart, but enlightening to my faith. This is a must read.

Marsha Waterbury delivered a wonderful narration. She has an easy to listen to voice. Marsha was able to bring out all of the feels this book has to offer. I look forward to hearing more from Marsha.

A twisted tale

This story took a while to figure out. It feels as if we start in the middle of the story and work our way out. It is an interesting way to read a book, and it does require some focus. But once I had a handle on how it was written, I began to enjoy the characters. The twists and turns really keep you guessing. Amanda is such a strong character, that when Jacob loses his father, the characters shift focus. I really enjoyed the thought process this book had. It kept me on my toes.

Meghan Kelly delivers a great narration. She is able to keep the story flowing and the characters easy to follow. Meghan brings out the suspense in this book. I look forward to hearing more from her.

Loved this book

This story was a unique romance about a secluded audiobook narrator and a woman who need to step up and be a parent to her niece. Hyde never needs to leave his home and his family hires help for him. Gypsy is desperate to provide a stable life for her niece as he life was falling apart. Could this job be her saving grace, or another failed attempt? The banter between Hyde and Gypsy makes their relationship real. I found myself always rooting for Gypsy. I could not stop listening to the story.

Tor Thom and Charley Ongel are a great narrating team. They bring out the best and the worst of each character. It is easy to follow their narration as they narrate each character with different and consistent voices. Through their narration, I felt as if I was a part of this story and it was a movie in my mind. I enjoyed this amazing narration.

Hooked from the start

I cannot stop reading this series. This time we focus on Lola. Her and Penelope are hired to decorate hotels. When the owner finds out Penelope is not the main person he will deal with, things start to unravel. There is family drama that I never expected. Just as I thought Penelope found her happily ever after, a twist in the story has me second guessing until the end. I love how all the Sterling's lives are so intertwined. This is one amazing series that I cannot wait to jump into the next installment.

Tor Thom and Charley Ongel are a wonderful narrating team. Tor's deep strong voice and Charley's sweet voice compliment each other. The book flows smoothly through their narration. Tor and Charley narrate the characters as I imagined. Their ability to bring out all the feels in the book kept me never wanting to put the book down. They brought this story to life.

A great prequel to the series

In this short novella, we learn how Zeus came to be the general we know him to be. It was a fun and very hot listen to the back story. Even though it was quick, so much is packed into this novella. If you have listened to the Knotted series, this is a great way to learn more about the beloved characters. If you have not read the series, Grab this book to become obsessed with Zeus.

Tor Thom and Charley Ongel bring this novella to life. Tor's Scottish accent is perfect for Zeus. Be prepared to fall for Zeus hard, or maybe it is the accent! Tor and Charley's natural chemistry heat this book up. Charley gives Lucy the personality I imagined her to have. The narration really enhanced the experience of this book.

Healing the past to find a future

This story really captured my heart because I was once a foster mom myself. Penelope is taking into Linc and Colt's home as a foster child. Their mother saved her. But her love for the brothers is what heats up the passion in this book. The struggles each of them goes through is heart breaking. I could not stop listening because I had to know what was going to happen, I had to get to the end. What I did not realize, is how much my heart would be torn apart. This may be a forbidden romance, but somewhere in the story, I forgot it was about that and thought it was more about healing. I cannot wait to find out more about the Sterling family.

Tor Thom and Charlie Ongel are the perfect narrating team for this story. With their natural chemistry, they brought this book to life. Tor brought a strength to Linc that gave me hope and brought out his pain that broke my heart. Charlie narrated Penelope perfectly. Penelope has so much in her past that her pain is deep rooted. Charlie's performance of Penelope brought out that pain, and made Penelope the one I wanted to save. I loved the narration of this story.

Loved this story

There is so much packed into this story. I loved everything about it. A second chance romance, a surprise twist and a love lost returning is just a few of the things hidden within the words of this story. Vin has to work hard to be accepted by Von, and that chase is half the fun of the book. I really enjoy the chase and the hope for a happy ending. But getting to that ending is fulled with drama, emotion and heart break. This is one story I would read again and again.

Isabella Star really brought Von to life. Full of struggles and doubts, Von was an intriguing character and Isabella nailed her character. Isabella had a great male voice and kept the characters separate and distinct. Isabella enhanced the experience of this story through her narration. I truly got lost in the narration and felt as if I was watching a movie.

Finn can cook for me any day

Finn is focused on his career as a chef. Hailey wants nothing to do with romance after being hurt. But when Finn runs into the new hire, all bets are off. The chemistry between Finn and Hailey are instant. Sparks fly and light ever burner in the kitchen as these two find each other. I loved the interaction between them. The obstacles, such as no interoffice romance, were perfect to give them something to strive for. Every romance that needs work, is always worth it. I found myself always routing for their happily ever after.

Alan Taylor was a great choice for the narration. He brought Finn to life. Alan had a great voice for Hailey. It was easy to follow his narration and get lost in the story. I enjoyed listening to Alan Taylor and hope to hear more from him.
